I have spent the last 10 years leading HR for Tech teams, an industry that has kept me on my toes when it comes to attracting talent and keeping leadership relevant. I have grown up in Corporate but enjoyed an intense stint building the HR function to catch up with the hypergrowth for a tech Scale-up. My HR toolbox is complete and has been tried and tested in mature and emerging companies and in climates of growth and downscale.
